Its all in the details

• Clean donors are selected from hot climates most being sourced from southern Spain and Italy 

• For every 10 trucks reviewed 1 is selected for the project

• Depending on condition the trucks will be media blasted to bare metal, chassis removed, then built up from the core for 30 years more use and rust protection

• The entire drivetrain, suspension, glass, interior are removed in preparation for restoration

• New clutch, transfer box and transmission are fitted with new clutch and slave cylinders. 

• Once painted each truck will receive all new interior including seats, plush carpet, door panels, headliner / convertible top, visors, front and rear glass and sliding windows,  new gaskets and seals throughout

• Each build receives new rebuilt suspension bushes, choice of shocks, and springs

• New brakes are fitted on each corner with 

• Each build has a 350 point inspection before delivery. 

• Shake down / test miles are included with every build (average of 400-500miles) in the city, highway, stop and go, long duration, inclines, elevation to ensure the builds best quality.

Our Preferred Warranty:   

All our complete rebuild custom trucks are sold with a 1 year unlimited mileage parts AND labor warranty through our California workshop.   

 

(If any other Defender restoration companies just offer PARTS only warranty question this! )  The labor is the main expense.   We are confident about our rebuild quality.
